NonCount Nouns

1.       Abstract ideas: Which means that does no have physical existence. Ideas, emotions and ideas you cannot see and touch. Ex.  Love, freedom, education, luck, help, beauty, music, thunder.

2.       Liquids and gases: you can count the container it is in, but not the liquid or gas. Ex. Water, milk, oil, coffee, smoke, blood, rain, fog.

3.       Made of smaller parts: that is made by smaller part though is considered as a whole. Ex. Sugar, rice, salt, sand, flour, dirt, grass.

4.       Material: Wood, glass, paper, ice, gold, silver, cotton, iron.

5.       Some food: sometimes food need to be eaten in smaller pieces. Ex. Bread, fish, cheese, meat.
